Rhyolite
Rhyolite is a mineral with diverse looks. Its colour may shade from white and yellow, pink and red, to grey-green. Even though it is relatively new on the gemstone market, its colourful design has quickly earned it a rightful place in jewellery. The raw material is from Australia. If we look at its chemical structure, rhyolite is a volcanic rock rich in quartz and alkaline feldspars. It can also contain some hornblende, pyroxenes or glass.
