Product selection
The items are arranged into thematic categories. You can search items by stone variety, colour, name, shape or size within these categories.
To add items to the shopping cart, please click on the cart icon.
Discounts
The minimum worth of an order for buyers from EU is 5,000 CZK (≈ 200 EUR) w/o VAT.
For buyers outside the EU, it is 20,000 CZK (≈ 800 EUR) w/o VAT. Customers with larger orders are eligible for attractive discounts. When shopping online, you will automatically see the discount displayed next to each product. Our VIP customers can see the discount after they log in to our system

Prices are listed without VAT. VAT is added to the total amount in the cart summary. You will receive a detailed item price breakdown in the VAT invoice.
Shipments abroad do not include VAT if the customer provides us with a valid VAT No.

Shopping cart and order
You can edit the items in your shopping cart until you click on "complete order". Then, your order is placed in our system for processing.

Shipping
Once the order is ready for dispatch, we will send you the invoice including shipping costs. When we dispatch the shipment to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch notification email including a tracking number of your parcel.

Payment
After calculating shipping costs, we will issue an invoice and send it to you by email. It will include a total price including shipping costs and all the necessary information for the payment via bank transfer.
Once we receive your payment, we will dispatch your parcel.
