Rose Quartz with Asterism Soap

Rose quartz is a charming and very popular variety of quartz. Its distinctive pink colour is influenced by manganese oxide admixtures in the stone’s structure. The main deposits are located in Brazil, Madagascar, South Africa and Namibia. Rose quartz is widely known for its fine, light shades of pink and it is popular among both jewellers and collectors. This rose quartz is characteristic of its asterism, which is an optical phenomenon caused by microscopic cavities in its structure. Thanks to these cavities, light refracts in the shape of a star. It is a rare stone from Madagascar.
