Smoky Quartz AA Jumbo
Smoky quartz is a specific variety of quartz with admixtures of aluminium and iron. These admixtures (and sometimes, also radioactivity), are responsible for smoky quartz’s colour. The deposits are in the Alps, Czechia or in Minas Gerais in Brazil, which is where this piece is from.
Stone´s uniqueness: Smoky quartz can be transparent or translucent with a smoky brown colour. Sometimes, the colour can be patchy or “cloud-like”.
Special conditions/ treatment: There is no need for special handling with smoky quartz.
About the product: We offer big tumbled stones in size XXL+ and Jumbo. Under the size XXL+ we classify stones with weight up to 150 g, Jumbo stones are above 150 g. Both variants are available only in 5 kg package.
