Tourmaline Schorl
Black tourmaline alias schorl is one of the most common varieties of tourmaline. The stone is rich in iron, and its name refers to a German village where large deposits of this mineral have been discovered. These stones come from Mozambique.
Uniqueness of the stone: Schorl is distinctive for its black, opaque design with noticeable banding.
Special conditions/ treatment: There is no need for special handling with black tourmaline.
About the product: Tourmaline has been smoothed out into a round flat shape. We sell smooth stones in 1 kg package; however some of them are available also in 0,5 and 0,25 kg variant.
