- to the given address - to the first lockable door. It is not possible to deliver the shipment within a building, to deliver and move the shipment to apartments, floors, cellars, warehouses etc.

- Professional business shipments do not come with a notification via the phone, the recipient must be available at the given address, and it is not possible to repeat the delivery.
- If the customer requires notification of the shipment delivery, he/she must choose the more expensive product, "private shipment", and he/she must make this decision clear in advance.
- Shipment insurance up to the value of 50,000 CZK
- Collection of cash on delivery from the recipient is possible in cash, with a payment card or through the PPL payment system
- In exceptional cases, shipments can be "redirected" (the delivery address can be changed), but cash on delivery cannot be revoked
