Turquenite Donut

Even though the natural colour of howlite is white, its porous texture quickly absorbing liquids makes it perfect for dyeing. As the name of the mineral suggests – the most popular variety is turquoise blue. The raw material is from Zimbabwe. If we look at its chemical structure, howlite is calcium borosilicate.
