Rose Quartz

Rose quartz is a charming and very popular variety of quartz. Its distinctive pink colour is influenced by manganese oxide admixtures in the stone’s structure. The main deposits are located in Brazil, Madagascar, South Africa and Namibia. Rose quartz is widely known for its fine, light shades of pink and it is popular among both jewellers and collectors. Rough material for manufature of these bead strands comes from Brazil. It is a partially translucent rose quartz with light pink shades - as opposed to a material from Africa, its colour is paler.
