Standard shipping methods

• DHL Parcel shipment - for parcels 0 - 30 kg
• Possible only if the nature of the items allows it (not possible for very fragile products)
• Payment for goods and shipping in advance – pro-forma invoice in your chosen currency CZK, EUR, USD, PLN  - via bank transfer
• Shipping to islands is not possible
• Delivery within 5 business days at the latest
• Delivery to the given address; if the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery the next day is possible
• The shipment is insured up to 100,000 CZK/shipment (≈ 4,000 EUR*)
• Track & Trace tracking of the shipment
• For countries outside EU, we can arrange clearing of the shipment through customs - only for orders over 20 000 CZK (≈ 800 EUR*)

DHL EuroConnect - Door-to-door connections throughout Europe, to all EU countries and outside the EU for very attractive prices

• We will calculate your shipping price for each destination in advance
• Delivery to a private address (to a non-business person) is not possible.
• Shipping of items of a maximum value of 50,000 EUR in one pallet
• Shipments up to max. 2,500 kg in one order
• Maximum weight of each pallet is 650 kg gross
• The shipping price includes insurance of items up to the value of 500,000 CZK
• For shipments to countries outside EU, we provide customs export documents - only for orders over ≈800 EUR*
• Please, kindly provide us with the following information in advance:
  • The exact delivery address + contact person + phone number
• The shipment is delivered by a car with a hydraulic brake and with a manual pallet truck.
• The delivery time stated in the schedule is considered an "estimated time" – it is not a guaranteed delivery time.
• The delivery time is determined by DHL freight, and the recipient cannot influence it. The recipient will be notified about the delivery time in advance. 
• The pallets are handed over to the nearest road in front of a recipient's building or at the unloading ramp. DHL does not provide pallets' moving

DPD parcel shipments 0 - 30 kg, shipping of the items with total value up to 50,000 CZK within the Czech Republic, if the nature of the items allows it.

• Cash on delivery
• Payment in advance on an advance invoice (via bank transfer)
  
  Price for shipping: from 80 - 130 CZK without VAT for a shipment (depends on the weight of a parcel and the fee for the cash-on-delivery service)

Details DPD

• We suggest opting for the pallet shipping in shipments that weigh from 60 kg up or if the nature of the items requires it (they are fragile).
• Maximum weight: one item weight 650 kg/pallet
• The shipping price includes insurance of items up to the value of 500,000 CZK.
• A pallet (consumables) is not charged unless the customer explicitly requests a charged EURO pallet.
• Delivery time is usually 1-2 days from the moment of loading. Delivery to the recipient only once; it is impossible to deliver the shipment repeatedly or change the delivery time (the carrier fixes this). Notification of delivery by telephone in advance. The recipient must take the delivery from the carrier immediately after the carrier's vehicle parks at the recipient's address. Should the shipment's handover not occur, additional costs for the futile journey are charged to the recipient of the pallet, or the pallet is returned to its sender with penalties.
• Unloading of the shipment at the recipient's address is always carried out by car with a hydraulic brake and a manual pallet truck
• Approximate price list of pallet shipment for 2024 without VAT, without fuel surcharge (variable 6 - 9%) and toll 0.55 / kg

Details pallet shipping

• We deliver only to the airport in the recipient's country, delivery condition Incoterms 2020 CPT Airport or CIP Airport.
• All subsequent expenses after the shipment's arrival (customs import clearance, customs duties, handling fees) are charged to the recipient.
• The recipient must arrange for the shipment to be picked up at the airport, or he/she must authorize an agent to do it.
• Delivery to the destination within a specified timeframe (Air Waybill - flight no. - departure - arrival)
• The shipping price will be calculated in advance; we arrange customs export clearance as a matter of course.
• Payment for goods and shipping in advance – pro-forma invoice in your chosen currency CZK, EUR, USD, PLN / bank transfer
